The hotel has an amazing check-in experience, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming

The facilities are not very new, and the breakfast quality was quite simple. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, except for one bottle given as a welcome.

The property is right by the Magenta train station. Convenient location, good staff through the day and night, willing to help when needed.
Areas for improvement:
The proximity to the road made the place a bit noisy at times when at work.
